Legal Dimensions of Sexual Harassment
Rose-Marie Antoine is Dean of the Faculty of Law and Professor of Labour Law & Offshore Financial Law at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. In this presentation, Professor Antoine provides a comparative analysis of legislative measures that exist to address workplace sexual harassment and discusses important considerations when designing new laws and protections on this topic.
